Why not? Its always great to explore the island and this southwestern part of the island has great beautiful beaches. Its a more laid back environment during the week, but the weekends don’t disappoint with the local wanting to get out and listen to the music. La Parguera has many activities, from diving, to snorkeling and exploring the Caribbean Sea by boat.

Yes, we are pet-friendly and welcome your furry friends! For the safety of your pet, we require that all dogs wear a lifevest. Please ensure you bring a suitable lifevest for your dog.

Our dock is located within our shop called Carmens Shell Shop in the main plaza (Plaza San Pedro) of La Parguera.

La Parguera is located in the southwestern part of the island, its a 2 or 2.5 hour drive from San Juan. If you are visiting us make sure you time your arrival right, traffic can get quite heavy during the afternoons due to construction or road accidents.

We don’t recommend this option, since its a bit costly and you would have to talk to your driver to stay since there are no Uber or Taxi services that take you back to San Juan.

It is best if you rent a car and time your arrival right since it is a 2 or 3 hour drive depending on traffic.

Cancellation Policy

Phone-Only Cancellation: All cancellations must be made through phone. This ensures a direct and efficient handling of your request.
Official Confirmation via Email: Cancellations are not official until you receive an email confirmation from us. This email serves as your proof of cancellation and, if applicable, your refund processing.

Cancellation Terms:
Full Refund with Advance Notice: For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. This gives us sufficient time to adjust our planning and offer the slot to other interested participants.
Cancellations Due to Extreme Weather: Our tours will run rain or shine. However, if there are extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk (such as severe storms or hurricanes), we will cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. The safety and comfort of our guests and staff are our top priorities.

To initiate a cancellation, please call our cancellation line at (787) 673-6386. Our team is available from 8:30AM to 5:30PM (AST) to assist you.
After your call, wait for the official email confirmation to ensure your cancellation has been processed.

We understand plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fair policies for all our guests and our operations.

Covid-19 has affected us all around the world and the island of Puerto Rico. We have always done boat tours and charters, but during February 2020 we had just started advertising and growing our online presence. For your safety we provide small capacity tours, our only tour where you will share the boat with other passengers is in our Sunset and Bio Bay Tour. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing the boat with other clients, due to our current times, you can always book the whole boat.

Our other day charters and tours are all private.

Up our cleaning on high touch areas before and after a tour or charter.

All customers and employees sanitize hands before the start of the tour.

Hand sanitizer is provided on the boat for clients.

Regular temperature checks on all employees and captains.

All employees and captains will use their face mask during all times when customers are aboard the boat.

Both boats are open to fresh air.
